That's how my English teacher heralded this photo when he first saw it. And that was only the contact sheet image. He said it again when I showed him a print that was too dark (I'll put it in scraps soon). I finally showed him this "final" print (I hope its the final print; my photog teacher made me do five very similar prints to get the entire positive just perfect
) and he seemed just as happy about it as ever. Meh.
This was taken with Kodak T-Max 100 black and white film. I don't exactly remember the print settings for this print. I think the lower two-thirds are exposed for 7.2 seconds (approximately) at f/8, and the top third burned in for another 1.5-2 seconds. Contrast at 3. Printed on Agfa Multicontrast paper.
